Maintains existing restrictions prohibiting naturopaths from prescribing controlled substances, poisons, or engaging in surgery, and from using the title "physician."

Adds grounds for license suspension, revocation, or refusal to issue a license, including procurement, sale, prescription, or dispensing of drugs in violation of law regardless of criminal action.

Defines key terms including "dietetic remedy" (nutritional therapy and substances), "herbal remedy" (plant-derived substances), "homeopathic remedy" (per United States Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia), and "prescription drug" (based on FDA approval lists).

Takes effect immediately upon passage.
