• Applies a funding factor of 1.01 for secondary school vocational and technical instruction as part of the base student allocation calculation in the public school funding formula.

• Amends statutes AS 14.17.410(b), AS 14.17.420(a), and AS 14.17.440(a) to reflect the renamed and clarified vocational and technical instruction funding factor for regular school districts and state boarding schools.
