• Adds resuscitation protocol documents to the list of materials that may be incorporated by reference, specifically documents published, compiled, or prepared based on recommendations from the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation.

• Allows regulations to automatically update to reflect new versions of resuscitation protocols without going through the formal regulatory amendment process, provided they are based on International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation recommendations.
