Amends AS 39.35.500 to allow benefit recipients to authorize payroll deductions for annual dues to retirement organizations affiliated with employee labor organizations.

Requires written authorization on an administrator-approved form, with authorization remaining in effect until revoked in writing.

Permits the plan administrator to assess a reasonable administrative fee to cover the cost of administering the deduction program.

Defines "retirement organization" as organizations representing benefit recipients that are affiliated with organizations representing employees under Alaska labor law (AS 23.40.070 - 23.40.260).

Becomes effective October 1, 2011.
