Establishes the Alaska Medical Care for Seniors Act, creating a grant program in the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development to assist health care providers in providing primary medical care to seniors aged 65 and older.

Department shall award grants to eligible health care providers in amounts determined by the department, subject to available funding.

Regulations must include application procedures, eligibility standards requiring lack of reasonable compensation, proof that grants are necessary to increase senior care services, and priorities for providers serving medically underserved areas where other providers refuse to treat seniors.

Grants cannot be awarded for services to patients with adequate public or private insurance coverage that already compensates the provider, as determined by the department in consultation with the Department of Health and Social Services.

Eligible health care providers include physicians, osteopaths, physician assistants, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and chiropractors licensed in Alaska and qualified to provide primary care services.
