Suspends Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature regarding changes to bill titles for House Bill No. 127

Allows House Bill No. 127 to proceed without standard procedural requirements for bill title modifications

House Bill No. 127 addresses crimes including stalking, online enticement of a minor, unlawful exploitation of a minor, endangering child welfare, sending explicit images of minors, harassment, and misconduct involving confidential information

Also relates to probation, attorney general subpoena power for Internet service account cases, post-arrest judicial appearances, vehicle liability insurance and licensing penalties, and arson offense penalties

Amends Rule 5(a)(1) of the Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure and Rule 43.10 of the Alaska Rules of Administration
