Establishes the Alaska Legislative Celebration Commission to plan and organize events commemorating the 100th anniversary of Alaska's legislature's first convening on March 3, 1913

Commission composition includes two house members appointed by the speaker, two senate members appointed by the senate president, and three public members appointed jointly by both legislative leaders

Commission members serve without compensation but receive per diem and travel expenses; majority of members constitutes a quorum for conducting business

Staff support provided by legislative members' staff and the Legislative Affairs Agency; commission may partner with municipalities and civic organizations for commemoration activities

Commission shall be dissolved not later than March 3, 2014, after the 100th anniversary celebration
