Suspends Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature regarding changes to bill titles.

Applies suspension to House Bill No. 264 concerning municipal property tax deferrals.

Allows deferral of municipal property taxes on increases in real property value resulting from subdivision of that property.

Suspension invoked under Rule 54 of the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature.
