Amends Article II, Section 3 of the Alaska Constitution to impose term limits on state legislators: representatives limited to four full or partial successive terms, senators limited to two full or partial successive terms.

Requires one full term to intervene before a legislator who has served the maximum consecutive terms may hold that office again.

Adds Article XV, Section 30 to specify that years served before the convening of the Twenty-Eighth Alaska State Legislature shall not count toward the new tenure limits.

Directs the proposed amendments be submitted to Alaska voters at the next general election.
