Recognizes President Ronald Reagan on the 100th anniversary of his birth (February 6, 2011) for his accomplishments in service to the United States, Alaska, and the world.

Acknowledges Reagan's domestic achievements including leading a bipartisan effort to restore accountability to government, achieving unprecedented economic growth, and appointing Sandra Day O'Connor as the first woman Justice of the United States Supreme Court.

Honors Reagan's foreign policy accomplishments including his "peace through strength" vision that led to the end of the Cold War and Soviet Union, the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty, and the expansion of democracy and freedom globally.

Recognizes Reagan's specific contributions to Alaska, including advocating to limit federal control over Alaska's lands and natural resources, signing the 1983 Alaska Railroad Transfer Act, and supporting programs benefiting Alaska Native villages and corporations.

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to U.S. Senators Lisa Murkowski and Mark Begich, U.S. Representative Don Young, former First Lady Nancy Reagan, and the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Library.
