Permits naturopaths to prescribe devices and homeopathic remedies, notwithstanding the existing prohibition on prescription drugs.

Prevents naturopaths from prescribing drugs or remedies that would be eligible for Medicaid reimbursement under AS 47.07.

Adds "herbal remedy" and "homeopathic remedy" to the definition of naturopathy, and defines "dietetic remedy" and "hydrotherapy" as permitted practices.

Establishes that a drug's status as permissible or prohibited for naturopaths is not changed by compounding.

Prohibits Medicaid from offering services for prescribed drugs given or prescribed by a naturopath.
