Amends AS 10.06.960 to allow Native corporations incorporated under former AS 10.05 before July 1, 1989, to reduce shareholder meeting quorum requirements to one-third of outstanding shares entitled to vote, represented in person or by proxy

Quorum reduction amendment requires approval by two-thirds affirmative vote of shares represented in person or by proxy at an annual meeting

Reduced quorum may only be used for shareholder meetings and cannot be used to adopt other articles amendments or resolutions subject to 43 U.S.C. 1629b

Standard quorum requirements under AS 10.06.504(d) continue to apply to adoption of other articles amendments
