Amends AS 16.05.221(b) to require at least one Board of Game member whose predominant use of game resources is nonconsumptive, such as tourism, wildlife viewing, or scientific study.

Requires the Board of Game membership's knowledge and personal experience, taken as a whole, to directly reflect all uses of game in the state by residents, including sport hunting, subsistence hunting and trapping, tourism, wildlife viewing, and scientific study.

Board of Game remains composed of seven members appointed by the governor and confirmed by a majority of the legislature in joint session, who must be state residents appointed without regard to political affiliation or geographical location.

Grandfather clause exempts current Board of Game members serving on the effective date of the Act from the new composition requirements.
