• Eliminates the requirement for nonresidents to purchase wolf tags in game management units where the Board of Game has adopted intensive management programs under AS 16.05.255.

• Eliminates the requirement for nonresident aliens to purchase wolf tags in game management units where intensive management programs have been adopted.

• Restricts Board of Game authorization of same-day airborne shooting of wolves and wolverines to only cases where disease or parasites threaten predator populations, removing authorization based on unmet big game population objectives.

• Repeals specific statutes related to intensive management programs (AS 16.05.255(e), (f), (g), and (k)) and related provisions in AS 08.54.750(e) and AS 16.05.050(b).
