Amends Alaska Statutes 12.55.155(d) to add sexual-assault-related post-traumatic stress disorder as a mitigating factor in criminal sentencing.

Allows courts to impose sentences below the presumptive range when a defendant is found to have been affected by sexual-assault-related PTSD that substantially impaired their judgment, behavior, capacity to recognize reality, or ability to cope with ordinary demands of life.

Requires that the sexual-assault-related PTSD, though insufficient to constitute a complete defense, must have significantly affected the defendant's conduct to be considered.

Applies the same standards and structure already established in statute for combat-related PTSD and fetal alcohol spectrum disorder as mitigating factors.
