AK HB2

Amends AS 23.10.055(a) to add a new exemption to the Alaska Wage and Hour Act for students participating in unpaid practicums as part of their course of study at postsecondary schools.

Defines "practicum" as a program for a student to gain practical work experience as part of a curriculum at a postsecondary school, broadening the exemption beyond the previous limitation to University of Alaska practicums only.

Expands the exemption to apply to any postsecondary school rather than restricting it solely to University of Alaska institutions under AS 14.40.065.
