Amends AS 14.42.030(e) to add the Alaska Commission on Postsecondary Education's authority to administer a statewide workforce and education-related statistics program under AS 14.42.035.

Authorizes the commission to maintain a database containing education and employment information from state agencies, the University of Alaska, and other organizations to compile statewide workforce and education-related statistics.

Requires the commission to remove personally identifiable information (first name, last name, middle name, social security number, student ID, residential address, mailing address) before placing records in the database, though month and year of birth may be retained.

Allows the Department of Labor and Workforce Development to share employment information with other state agencies for the statewide workforce and education-related statistics program under written agreements that restrict further disclosure.

Act takes effect immediately upon enactment and applies to information obtained by the Department of Labor and Workforce Development before, on, or after the effective date.
