• Candidate statements in the state election pamphlet may not reference political parties of which the candidate is not a member, other current candidates for elective office, or public officials and legislators.

• Political party material submitted for the state election pamphlet may not include references to, images of, or depictions of current candidates for elective office, other political parties, or public officials and legislators.

• The restrictions apply to candidates for offices designated under specific sections of Alaska Statutes 15.58.030.

• The Act takes effect immediately upon passage.
