Prohibits the sale or offer for sale of genetically modified fish or fish products in Alaska.

Defines genetically modified fish as finfish or shellfish whose genetic structure has been altered at the molecular level through means not possible under natural conditions, including recombinant DNA and RNA techniques, cell fusion, gene deletion or doubling, introduction of exogenous genetic material, or alteration of gene position.

Includes the progeny of genetically modified fish within the definition of prohibited organisms.

Defines genetically modified fish product as any product prepared from a genetically modified fish.

Repeals existing provisions in AS 17.20.040(a)(14), 17.20.040(b)(2), and 17.20.040(b)(3).
