Amends AS 18.60.058(a) to expand reportable workplace accidents to include an employee's loss of an eye or amputation, in addition to fatalities and in-patient hospitalizations.

Changes reporting method requirement from "orally" to "by telephone or in person" to the division of labor standards and safety or federal toll-free number.

Changes report content requirement from "number of hospitalized employees" to "number of injured employees" to capture broader injury reporting.

Maintains 8-hour reporting deadline after employer receives accident information, with extended deadline up to 30 days for accidents initially reported late.

Removes reporting obligation for employers who first receive information of a fatality, hospitalization, eye loss, or amputation more than 30 days after the accident occurs.
