Requires recipients of Alaska education grants or Alaska performance scholarships to repay the full amount if they fail to complete their qualified postsecondary education program within six years of the first payment.

Applies the same repayment terms and conditions used for state education loans, including interest accrual that begins when the repayment obligation commences.

Applies only to grants and scholarships received after January 1, 2017.
