Allows courts and the Department of Motor Vehicles to grant limited driver's license privileges to individuals with DUI convictions who meet specific requirements.

Requires first-time DUI offenders to successfully complete 30 days in an alcohol treatment program before receiving a limited license, and those with two or more prior convictions to complete 90 days.

Mandates use of an ignition interlock device on all vehicles operated outside communities on the department's published list, with proof of installation and verification by a treatment program representative.

Requires limited license holders to maintain proof of insurance, enroll in and comply with alcoholism screening and evaluation programs, and not have prior violations of ignition interlock restrictions or DUI laws while on probation.

Applies only to limited licenses granted on or after the bill's effective date.
