Establishes state licensure requirements for radiologic technologists, radiation therapists, and nuclear medicine technologists under new Alaska Statutes Chapter 08.89.

Creates three license categories: full certificates for radiologic technologists, radiation therapists, and nuclear medicine technologists; limited certificates for limited radiologic imagers; and temporary permits for those in training or with prior experience.

Requires applicants to be at least 18 years old, have secondary school graduation or equivalent, complete approved educational programs, pass examinations, and meet continuing education requirements for renewal.

Prohibits unlicensed practice with penalties of class A misdemeanor for unauthorized use of radiation equipment and class B misdemeanor for unauthorized use of professional titles; civil penalties up to $5,000 for unlicensed practice.

Takes effect July 1, 2015, with prohibitions on unlicensed practice and civil penalties effective July 1, 2016; authorizes Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development to adopt implementing regulations.
