$144,045,000 appropriated from the general fund to the Alaska liquefied natural gas project fund to acquire an interest in the project, pay project payment demands, fund state equity participation, and complete preliminary front-end engineering and design work.

$13,607,000 appropriated from the general fund to the Alaska liquefied natural gas project fund and distributed to the Department of Natural Resources ($2,126,000), Department of Law ($10,100,000), and Department of Revenue ($1,381,000) for fiscal year 2016.

$5,000,000 of statutory program receipts appropriated to the Alaska Gasline Development Corporation for fiscal year ending June 30, 2016.

Appropriations for fund capitalization do not lapse and are retroactive to November 15, 2015.

Up to $500,000,000 may be appropriated from the budget reserve fund to the general fund if unrestricted state revenue is insufficient to cover the appropriations made in this Act.
