Separates snowmobile registration fees from off-highway vehicle fees, establishing snowmobiles at $20 and off-highway vehicles at $10.

Multi-year registration fees for snowmobiles are calculated by multiplying the base fee: two times the base fee for four-year registration and three times the base fee for six-year registration.

Replaces the previous fixed $50 fee for six-year snowmobile registration with a multiplier-based system (base fee × 3).

The separation of snowmobile fees and multiplier-based structure take effect July 1, 2019, with a temporary $20 snowmobile fee provision repealing on that same date.
