Expands veteran designation eligibility on Alaska identification cards and driver's licenses to include Lao veterans who served in military operations supporting the United States in the Kingdom of Laos between February 28, 1961, and May 15, 1975.

Includes Hmong veterans who assisted United States personnel in military or rescue operations during the Vietnam era between August 5, 1964, and May 7, 1975 as eligible for veteran designations.

Requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to consult with the Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs to determine appropriate proof of Lao or Hmong veteran status.

Maintains the $5 replacement fee for identification cards and driver's licenses with veteran designations, with replacement licenses retaining the expiration date of the original license.

Allows the department to share names and addresses of veterans receiving designations with the Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs with the individual's approval.
