Repeals AS 14.43.145(a)(4), which previously allowed denial of educational license renewal for student loan default.

Repeals AS 14.43.148, the statute authorizing denial of teacher and school employee licenses for student loan default.

Repeals AS 21.27.390(d), relating to insurance license renewal denials.

Consolidates occupational license denial provisions to rely solely on family support arrearages under AS 25.27.244, removing student loan default as a standalone basis for license non-renewal.
