Amends AS 11.66.110(a) to change sex trafficking in the first degree language from "a person" to "another person" in subsections (1) and (2), and adds "who is" before "under 20 years of age" in subsection (2)

Amends AS 11.66.130(a) to change sex trafficking in the third degree language from "a person" to "another person" and adds "who is" before "20 years of age or older" in subsection (2)

Adds new subsection AS 11.66.130(c) establishing that a person does not act with intent to promote prostitution if they engage in prostitution themselves in a location shared with another person, provided they have not induced or caused another person to engage in prostitution

Adds new subsection AS 11.66.135(c) establishing that a person does not institute, aid, or facilitate prostitution if they engage in prostitution themselves in a location shared with another person, provided they have not induced or caused another person to engage in prostitution
