Amends AS 23.15.550(a) to modify membership requirements for the Alaska Workforce Investment Board.

Adds a new requirement for at least one voting member who is a veteran, with "veteran" defined as in AS 43.20.048(f).

Reduces the maximum number of additional private sector members from five to four to accommodate the new veteran member requirement while maintaining a private sector majority.

Board continues to maintain not more than 26 total voting members representing government, education, business, labor, Alaska Natives, community-based organizations, and individuals with developmental disabilities experience.
