Authorizes the Senate or House of Representatives to recess for more than three days during the First Special Session of the Twenty-Ninth Alaska State Legislature, called by the Governor on April 27, 2015.

Each house concurs in the extended recess, satisfying the constitutional requirement under Article II, Section 10 of the Alaska Constitution that neither house may adjourn or recess longer than three days without the other house's concurrence.

Finance committees of each house are authorized to continue meeting on state operating and capital budgets and other subjects from the Governor's April 27, 2015 proclamation during the legislative recess.

The extended recess period extends until May 12, 2015, allowing committees to conduct extensive hearings without requiring daily floor sessions.
