Expresses support for the Arctic Economic Council and the United States Arctic Economic Council delegation

Requests that United States Congress express support for the Arctic Economic Council and that the chair be a resident of Alaska

Requests that the Arctic Economic Council leadership structure mirror the rotation system used for the chair of the Arctic Council

Urges United States Congress to empower Alaska residents as partners in the Arctic Economic Council
