Acknowledges Alaska's diverse educational options including traditional public schools, optional public schools, public charter schools, nonpublic schools, and homeschooling.

Affirms that research demonstrates providing children with multiple educational options improves academic performance.

Calls upon all citizens of the state to observe and recognize Alaska School Choice Week to raise awareness of effective educational options available to children.
