Suspends Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature regarding changes to bill titles.

Allows consideration of Senate Bill No. 24 without adhering to standard procedural rules for bill title modifications.

Senate Bill No. 24 addresses the applicability of the Legislative Ethics Act to legislative interns, legislative volunteers, legislative consultants, legislative independent contractors, sole proprietorships, and other legal entities.

Uses Rule 54 of the Uniform Rules as the authority to suspend the specified legislative rules.
