States that Hyder residents rely entirely on Stewart, British Columbia, for medical and emergency services.

Notes that the Hyder Community Association and the District of Stewart have both independently expressed support for keeping the border open 24 hours a day.

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to the Canadian Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness and the President of the Canada Border Services Agency.
