Amends Alaska Constitution Article II, Section 8 to reduce regular legislative session duration from 120 consecutive calendar days to 90 consecutive calendar days from convening.

Maintains existing provision allowing a single extension of up to 10 consecutive calendar days with affirmative vote of at least two-thirds of each house membership.

Requires legislature to adopt uniform rules of procedure with deadlines for scheduling session work consistent with the shortened session length.

Amendment applies beginning with the First Regular Session of the Thirtieth Legislature and thereafter.

Proposed amendment must be placed before voters at the next general election per Alaska Constitution Article XIII, Section 1.
