Requests the U.S. Congress to call a convention of states under Article V of the Constitution to propose an amendment limiting the number of terms for members of the House of Representatives and Senate.

Declares this application will be aggregated with similar applications from other states and requires two-thirds of state legislatures to apply before Congress must call the convention.

Constitutes a continuing application that remains in effect until at least two-thirds of state legislatures have submitted similar applications for a convention on this subject.

Urges the legislatures of the other 49 states to also apply to Congress for calling a convention of states on congressional term limits.

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to the President, Vice President, congressional leadership, Alaska's federal delegation, and the presiding officers of all other state legislatures.
