Urges U.S. Congress to establish equitable revenue sharing with all oil and gas producing states adjacent to federal outer continental shelf areas to fund necessary infrastructure and environmental protection.

Cites existing precedent under the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act (27 percent revenue sharing) and Gulf of Mexico Energy Security Act of 2006 (37.5 percent revenue sharing for Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas), arguing Alaska and California deserve similar treatment.

Notes Alaska's outer continental shelf region encompasses over 1 billion acres with more than 6,000 miles of coastline, currently has 607 active oil and gas leases on 3.3 million acres, and has generated over $2.75 billion in federal revenue since 2005.

Requests Congress reject any proposals to reduce revenue sharing under the Gulf of Mexico Energy Security Act of 2006 and urges the President to direct non-dedicated federal funds from outer continental shelf development to federal infrastructure in affected states.

Directs copies of the resolution to federal leadership including President Obama, congressional leadership, and Alaska's congressional delegation.
