Establishes a House Special Committee on Military and Veterans' Affairs to study issues, review laws, and propose legislation relating to military and veterans' matters.

Speaker of the House determines committee size, appoints members, and designates the chair or chairs.

Committee may meet during and between sessions of the Twenty-Ninth Alaska State Legislature.

Committee terminates upon the convening of the First Regular Session of the Thirtieth Alaska State Legislature.
