Dedicates the House Judiciary Committee Room (Room 120 of the Alaska Capitol) to the late Representative Max F. Gruenberg, Jr.

Requires a bronze plaque be placed on or near the door bearing an inscription honoring Gruenberg's legislative achievements, service as Majority Leader and Minority Whip, and contributions to the House Judiciary Committee.

Recognizes Gruenberg's service in the Alaska House of Representatives during the 14th-17th and 23rd-29th legislatures, his 31 years practicing family law, and his military service in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam with a Meritorious Unit Commendation and Vietnam Service Medal.

Notes Gruenberg served on the House Judiciary Committee during every session of his legislative service, including as co-chair during the 16th and 17th legislatures.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to his wife, Kayla Epstein, and his family.
