• Makes supplemental operating appropriations totaling $62,719,500 for fiscal year 2016 (July 1, 2015 - June 30, 2016) across multiple state departments including Health and Social Services ($12,160,000), Natural Resources ($47,500,000), and Law ($575,000).

• Appropriates $2,428,500 in capital funds for specific projects including the Alaska Land Mobile Radio System ($1,000,000), Nome Anvil Mountain Correctional Center emergency water line repairs ($1,084,000), and Eklutna Overpass emergency repairs ($344,500).

• Reappropriates $1,274,571 in unexpended funds from a 2008 appropriation to the Alaska Land Mobile Radio system and up to $1,600,000 from a 2012 appropriation to the Alaska Railroad Corporation for positive train control upgrades.
