Adds a new section (18.13.040) to Alaska Statutes exempting genetic genealogy businesses from Chapter 18.13 DNA regulations.

Exempts collection of DNA samples at an individual's request, analysis of samples, retention of samples or analysis results, and disclosure of results when performed by a person conducting genetic genealogy business.

Defines "genetic genealogy" as the use of DNA to establish ancestral origins or ancestral relationships between or among individuals.
