Amends Alaska law to allow Lao veterans to receive a veteran designation on identification cards and driver's licenses if they served in military operations supporting the United States in the Kingdom of Laos between February 28, 1961, and May 15, 1975.

Amends Alaska law to allow Hmong veterans to receive a veteran designation on identification cards and driver's licenses if they assisted United States personnel in military or rescue operations during the Vietnam era between August 5, 1964, and May 7, 1975.

Requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to consult with the Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs to determine what proof is necessary to verify a person's status as a Lao or Hmong veteran.

Prohibits charging a fee solely for the veteran designation but allows a $5 replacement fee when adding the designation to an existing identification card or driver's license.

Permits the Department of Motor Vehicles to share the name and address of individuals receiving a veteran designation with the Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs, with the person's approval.
