Adds exemption from overtime pay requirements for flight crew members employed by air carriers subject to the Railway Labor Act, including pilots, co-pilots, flight engineers, and flight attendants.

Extends the same overtime exemption to flight crew members and medical care providers employed by air ambulance service providers.

Defines "air ambulance" and "air ambulance service provider" by reference to AS 21.61.110.

Clarifies that "flight crew" includes pilots, co-pilots, flight engineers, medical care providers, and flight attendants.

Makes the amendments applicable only to contracts entered into on or after the effective date of the Act.
