Requires applicants for psychologist and psychological associate licenses in Alaska to submit fingerprints and pay fees to the Department of Public Safety for criminal history record checks.

Permits the board to require license renewal applicants to submit fingerprints and pay associated fees on the same basis as initial applicants.

Directs the department to submit fingerprints and fees to the Department of Public Safety to obtain criminal justice information reports and national criminal history records under AS 12.62 and AS 12.62.400.

Adds psychologist and psychological associate licensure under AS 08.86 as a qualifying purpose for national criminal history record checks.

Takes effect July 1, 2015, and applies to license applications and renewals filed on or after the effective date.
