Amends Rule 21 of the Alaska Delinquency Rules of Procedure to require adjudication hearings be scheduled within 120 days of when a petition for adjudication is filed with the court.

Applies Rule 45 of the Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure to delinquency proceedings, except where inconsistent with delinquency rules.

Applies only to offenses committed on or after the effective date of the act.
