AK SB95

Removes the commissioner of Health and Social Services from required voting membership on the Alaska Workforce Investment Board.

Adds a new voting member requirement: at least one representative with personal or professional experience with the employment and training needs of veterans and members of the armed forces in transition to civilian employment.

Changes the final category of private sector members from "at least one" to "at least one and up to five" additional members to ensure private sector majority and regional and local representation.

Maintains the board's maximum of 26 voting members while restructuring membership composition through these modifications.
