Suspends Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature regarding changes to bill titles for House Bill No. 105

House Bill 105 addresses programs and bonds of the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority (AIDEA), including authorization for liquefied natural gas production plant financing and natural gas energy projects and distribution systems

Authorizes AIDEA to issue bonds for infrastructure and construction costs of the Sweetheart Lake hydroelectric project and transmission system upgrades between Hope-Portage, Powerline Pass-Indian, and Eklutna hydroelectric transmission system

Establishes the AIDEA sustainable energy transmission and supply development fund and requires AIDEA to deliver reports to the legislature relating to the Interior energy project

Requires legislative approval for loans from the power project fund to the City of King Cove
