Recognizes Miss Alaska, the winner of the Miss Alaska Scholarship Foundation pageant and Alaska's representative to the Miss America Pageant, as the official hostess of the State of Alaska.

Establishes that only one person should hold the title of "Miss Alaska" — the winner of the Miss Alaska Pageant who represents the state at Miss America.

The Miss Alaska Scholarship Foundation has held annual pageants since 1959 to select participants based on community service, interview, poise, talent, and physical presence.

Miss Alaska will serve as official state hostess for appropriate occasions, state public relations activities inside and outside Alaska, and interactions with visiting dignitaries.

Reaffirms a 1970 House Concurrent Resolution No. 66 designation of Miss Alaska as the official state hostess.
