Suspends Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature to allow changes to the title of House Bill No. 308.

Applies the suspension to House Bill No. 308, which relates to limiting liability for inspecting, installing, or adjusting child safety seats and providing education on child safety seat installation.

Authorizes the suspension under Rule 54 of the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature.
