Designates April 24, 2015, as Stand Against Racism Day in Alaska to raise awareness that racism exists in the state and must not be ignored or tolerated.

Alaska has 19 of the 20 most ethnically diverse public elementary schools in the United States, 6 of the 10 most ethnically diverse public middle schools, and 3 of the 5 most ethnically diverse public high schools.

Encourages people of Alaska to observe the day by participating in educational and celebratory events, projects, and activities where participants pledge to stand against racism in their daily lives.

Honors YWCA Alaska for its leadership in encouraging Alaskans to stand against racism through the Stand Against Racism movement.
